More about Me and Online Coaching:

Hey - my name is Lee. I started Komodo Fitness after becoming a gym enthusiast and wanting to help people better themselves. I have been on a 'fitness journey' from being overweight and not knowing where to start in the gym to becoming a NASM Certified Level 3 Trainer! I am Vegan / Plant Based and can offer specialist advice in these areas but even if you are not in these categories I can still assist nutrition wise. I have a Precision Nutrition Certification which is all about having a better relationship with food rather than dieting - all this is included in the online training package. I am advocate for making exercise fun! In the beginning it can be hard but once you see improvement, and that can come from anywhere i.e lifting more weight, more repetitions, losing weight etc it gets more enjoyable. With the online coaching I will be there by your side (virtually) to help make it fun and keep you on track. I look forward to working with you 😃 Lee

What does Online Coaching Entail? 
Online coaching is available at a cost of £75.00 a month. With this I will customise a workout plan specifically for you and your goals, we can check in daily to see how you are doing and make sure you are on target. After four weeks we will reassess where you are at and make any necessary changes. Programmes are completely tailored to you individually dependant on equipment available, your goals and time available to exercise etc. 
How do I get started?
Simply click the links above to be taken to a page where you can fill in your details and sign up. Once you have signed up and completed registration please allow me 2-5 days to prepare your workouts. We will go through and discuss your goals before so the programme is working towards you and your goals. If you experience any problems please email me lee@komodofitness.co.uk and I will be happy to help.
Can I cancel?
There is no commitment, you can cancel at anytime. You will have access to the content for any paid months.
