About Komodo Fitness: 🐉

Hey my name is Lee and I started Komodo Fitness in 2018 after completing my Level 3 NASM Certified Personal Training Certification. 

I started my fitness journey in 2015 when I was down on my luck and used exercise as an escape. Back then I was so anxious just entering a gym with the fear of being judged etc but managed to stick with it - I have learnt so much over the years and put this into practice daily for myself and my clients. 

In my years of training I have gone through many methods of training for weight loss, strength training, bodybuilding etc. My key area is functional fitness - I like to think that in the event of a zombie apocalypse I will be strong enough to bash some heads but also have the ability to run away when needed (a zombie apocalypse does not seem so farfetched after 2020) 🧟

I believe exercise carries over into every other aspect of your life in a massively positive way. Felling better in yourself and seeing yourself progress is good for your mental as well as the physical health.

I like to make exercise fun -less of a chore and more of something you begin to love.

1-1 Personal Training sessions are held at my private training space located in Writtle, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3PL
(Full address will be provided once booking confirmed).

Sessions last between 40-70mins depending on whats programmed for the day. Current rates are charged at £30.00 per session or you can book a block of 10 for £250.00.

Included with this is also Nutrition Guidance - I will ask you to keep a food diary (as best you can) which we can monitor closely and make adjustments to help reach your goals. 🥑
